  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • warm milk300 ml
  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Butter40 g
  • Fresh yeast40 g
  • Ground beef500 g
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Green Smell2 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Mix all the dough ingredients and knead well.
  2. Portion the dough into 15 balls, cover with a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes for the yeast to act.
  3. Prepare the stuffing that goes raw even in the esfiha mix the raw ground meat, tomato, onion and green smell season with salt and black pepper
  4. Open the dough with a rolling pin and fill with the meat and close
  5. Sprinkle with yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 180g for 30 minutes.
