- warm milk300 ml
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Butter40 g
- Fresh yeast40 g
- Ground beef500 g
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Green Smell2 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mix all the dough ingredients and knead well.
- Portion the dough into 15 balls, cover with a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes for the yeast to act.
- Prepare the stuffing that goes raw even in the esfiha mix the raw ground meat, tomato, onion and green smell season with salt and black pepper
- Open the dough with a rolling pin and fill with the meat and close
- Sprinkle with yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 180g for 30 minutes.
