@alinebermejo- Ingredients
- Recipe
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Warm water1 cup
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Organic Yeast10 g
- Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough well until it is smooth and elastic.
- Let it rest in a warm place until it doubles in volume.
- Divide the dough in 2
- With the help of a rolling pin, open each part leaving an elongated shape.
- Add the chosen filling (I used 200g of mozzarella and a few cubes of gorgonzola) and close the ends of the dough giving a “boat” shape.
- Transfer each pide to a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until the edges are golden brown.
