- cream cheese to taste
- Sliced Mozzarella6 unit(s)
- Italian Tomato (small)1 unit(s)
- Chili (small)1/2 unit(s)

- Coriander to taste
- Spices for vinaigrette to taste
- Start by placing the sausages to prepare. It can be fried, in the Air Fryer or even barbecue leftovers.
- In the Air Fryer: Place the sausages at 200°C for 25 minutes, turn them over when halfway through.
- When ready, cut them in half.
- Cut the bread in half and spread the cream cheese on both sides, place a slice of mozzarella and the two halves of the sausage.
- Place another slice of mozzarella over the sausage and finally the vinaigrette.
- For the vinaigrette: Just chop the tomato, onion, bell pepper and cilantro into small cubes. Season to taste.
- Tip: For an even tastier vinaigrette, use yellow, red, and green peppers. It's also worth putting pout pepper, it's delicious!
