- Popcorn50 g
- Sugar100 g
- Sour Cream100 g
- unsalted butter50 g
- Milk chocolate shavings25 g
- Twix chocolate cut into pieces80 g
- Pop your popcorn as usual. Reserve.
- In a pan, caramelize the sugar. Once caramelized, add the cream and mix well. Then add the butter and keep the pan on low heat until the butter has completely melted.
- Pour 1/3 of the popped popcorn onto the serving dish you want to serve. Over this popcorn, pour 1/3 of the caramelized mixture (sugar, cream and butter), 1/3 of the chocolate shavings and 1/3 of the twix chocolate cut into pieces.
- Then pour in another 1/3 of the popcorn and so on, layering your Twix Popcorn.
- Serve immediately and be happy.
