- Recipe
- PAN flour2 cup
- Water2 cup
- Salt2 teaspoon
- Olive oil to taste
- In a bowl, add water and season with salt. Gradually add the flour until you get little balls.
- Flatten the balls to form discs
- Place in a non-stick skillet and brown the arepas on both sides with oil.
- You can fill the arepas with whatever your imagination dictates. Goes really good with guacamole
