- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Oregano1 dessert spoon
- Lemon juice1/2 cup
- In a bowl, prepare the cassava puree, mashing it and adding the first amount of water.
- In a large bowl, pour all the ingredients and mix.
- Add the water to the cheese, little by little. The ideal point is a slightly elastic dough that does not stick to the hands.
- Grease a bowl with oil, place the dough and mold. Cover with PVC plastic and store in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
