- Boiled Chickpeas1 cup
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Tahini1 tablespoon
- Olive oil1/2 cup
- Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin1/2 coffee spoon
- Smoked paprika1/2 coffee spoon
- Lemon Juice1/4 cup
- Ice water1/4 cup
- Barbecue stick4 unit(s)
- Cut the vegetables into similar cubes and season with One Thread of olive oil salt, cumin, smoked paprika and skewer on a toothpick.
- Add the sticks to the Airfray for approximately 20 minutes at 180 degrees
- For the hummus: In a food processor or blender add the cooked chickpeas, the garlic clove and tahini, beat and gradually add the lemon juice and then the olive oil until it becomes a smooth paste, if necessary add 1/4 cup of water icy
- Place the finished skewers in A platter and serve with the hummus.
