- Oat flour2 tablespoon
- Grated green zucchini1/2 cup
- Chia1 tablespoon
- Salt, pepper and turmeric to taste
- Stuffing: Lettuce, grated carrot, tomato and heart of palm to taste
- Beat in the blender all the ingredients of the dough, except the chia, leave to add it after beating.
- Pour the dough into a non-stick frying pan and take it to the low fire, when it gets hard and golden on one side, turn to brown the other.
- Once ready, fill the pancakes with vegetables and roll up.
- This pancake is super light and you can have it with any meal of the day.
