Red Cabbage1/4 cup
Green Cabbage1/4 cup
grated carrot1/4 cup
Light Mayonnaise1 tablespoon
Yogurt1 tablespoon
Chimichurri to taste
Salt to taste
Spinach1/4 cup
Diced pineapple1/4 cup
Toothpicks to taste

In a bowl, combine the red cabbage, green cabbage, grated carrots, mayonnaise and yogurt. Season with salt and chimichurri.
Spread the cabbage mixture into a wrap, add pineapple cubes and spinach leaves. Roll up and put toothpicks so you don't unfold.
Serve cold! It is VERY tasty and refreshing!
