- Cream cheese150 g
- shredded mozzarella cheese300 g
- Sliced Bacon6 unit(s)
- Salt, black pepper and parsley to taste
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Cook the potatoes al dente, cut a lid on the top and dig a little inside. Season with salt and pepper.
- Make a paste with the cheese, curd and green smell and stuff the potatoes.
- Wrap the potatoes with a slice of bacon and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 25 minutes.
