- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Mayonnaise1 tablespoon
- Cottage cheese1 tablespoon
- Salt and spices to taste1 to taste
- Baking powder1 coffee spoon
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Squeeze the tomato and onion in a sieve, until excess water/liquid comes out.
- Place in a bowl, along with the other ingredients.
- Add the flour little by little, until you get some balls to form, even if it gets soft, but that's okay, because when you're breading it gets firm, if necessary, go more than 1 cup in the mixture until you find the point.
- Roll some balls with greased hands
- Dip in wheat flour to give more support.
- Fry in hot oil
