- Sour Sprinkle2.1/2 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Hot Water1/2 cup

- In a container put the potato, the sprinkle and mix until it's homogeneous. Add the oil and mix again.
- Then add the salt, hot water and mix the dough very well, until it is very smooth.
- How to know the point: You will beat until it no longer sticks to your hand, that's the point.
- With the oven preheated to 200 degrees, unite the shape and mold the cookies. Take an amount (about the size of a cheese bread) of dough in your hand, make a ball and flatten it slightly and take it to the greased shape.
- With the finished dumplings brush over the egg yolk to brown and take it to the oven.
- Increase the temperature to 230 degrees (if your oven is very powerful leave it at 200 degrees) and bake for approximately 45 to 50 minutes and it will be ready.
