- Peeled dwarf banana4 unit(s)
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Sunflower oil3/4 cup
- Brown sugar1 cup
- Whole wheat flour2 cup
- Oat flakes1 cup
- Cinnamon powder1 dessert spoon
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Sugar-free granola to taste
- Beat the eggs, sugar, oil and 2 bananas in a blender until smooth.
- In a container pour the blender mixture and add the wheat, oats, cinnamon and the other 2 bananas cut into cubes.
- Mix well until smooth and finally add the yeast, stirring gently until the dough is incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the cupcake liners and sprinkle the granola on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180ÂșC for 15-20 minutes (do the toothpick test).
