- Oven preheated to 180°
- Grease the baking dish with fat and wholemeal flour
- In a large bowl, place the ingredients in the order listed and mix with a whisk, until the dough is homogeneous.
- Bake for approximately 35 minutes
- (Syrup) 1 cup of water, 1 tbsp of cocoa, 1 tbsp of brown sugar, 1 tbsp of butter - take all the ingredients in a medium oven, stirring until reduced and the texture is dense and unglued from the bottom of the pan.
