- Whole wheat flour2 cup
- Oat flour1 cup
- Brown sugar1 cup
- Dry yeast1 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Vanilla essence1 coffee spoon
- Big Navel Orange1 unit(s)
- Oil1/2 cup
- Grease a square baking tin with oil and dust with brown sugar in a thick layer.
- Peel the orange, cut into slices, remove the seeds and fill the bottom of the mold.
- Mix the other ingredients well and pour on top, leaving the dough very moist. If necessary, add a little orange juice.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for around 30/40 minutes, as it will depend on the power of your oven. To check if it's still ready, pierce a fork/toothpick. If it comes out clean, it's ready. Unmold while still hot.
