Wholemeal bread, sliced and without crust4 unit(s)
Sliced lean ham4 unit(s)
Cream cheese light3 tablespoon
Crushed pistachios to taste

Place 2 slices of bread one in front of the other and pass a rolling pin to make it very thin.
Spread the cream cheese and place the slices of ham.
Roll up, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 40 minutes.
Once cooled, remove the plastic wrap, spread more cream cheese on the outside of the roll and sprinkle with pistachios.
Cut into 4 slices.
