- Apple or white vinegar1 tablespoon
- Warm water240 ml
- Ham150 g
- Mozzarella150 g
- Oregano1 to taste
- In a bowl add 2 cups of wheat, oil, vinegar, salt and 240 ml of warm water little by little and mix in the dough.
- Knead the dough until smooth and does not stick to smooth hands. Let it rest for about 15 minutes
- Then shape the pastries and fill with cheese, ham and oregano. Then fry in very hot oil, throwing the oil on top to form the cone.
