- Yellow bell pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Pepperoni or other pepper of your choice to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Olive oil1/2 cup
- Diced Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Cut the zucchini into slices and the bell pepper (seedless) into cubes.
- Put it on a board and add the onion cut into cubes, and the 2 cloves of garlic, crushed with the skin (just press it with a wide knife).
- Season everything with salt, pepper, oregano and rosemary. And mix.
- Drizzle with plenty of olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature until the vegetables are cooked (about 35 minutes).
- Wait to cool down and serve or store in a glass pot.
- Serve with toast, rice crackers, or slices of bread!
