- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Lemon juice1/2 cup
- Lemon zest1 to taste
- In the blender, beat the eggs, lemon juice, yogurt well (use the yogurt cup to measure 1/2 lemon juice and 1/2 oil).
- Add the sugar and gradually the wheat flour (if your blender is not powerful, add the mixture and flour in a bowl).
- Then just add the zest and yeast gently. Bake in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for about 35 minutes.
- Wait for it to cool and unmold. Coverage is very practical! In a bowl, place the condensed milk and lemon juice and stir very well until incorporated, then just spread it on your cake and sprinkle with the lemon zest (if you want)
- Tip:always grate only the blue whiting of the lemon, never the white part, this one in turn brings the bitter taste!
