- Shredded Coconut50 g
- Whey protein30 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC and, in a bowl, mix the eggs, whey protein and butter well.
- Add the coconut and yeast and stir gently.
- Transfer the dough for this flourless cake to individual molds or to a medium cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Wait to cool down, draw and serve next. If you prefer, you can keep this cake with whey protein in the freezer for up to 3 months.
