- Liquid whole milk400 ml

- Peel and mash the bananas well with a fork. If you have a food processor, you can use that. Reserve
- In a bowl, lay the eggs and beat with a whisk until well aerated.
- Add the milk little by little and mix well.
- Add the mashed bananas and incorporate well into the pudding dough.
- In a small pudding mold that fits in a pressure cooker, pour the syrup of your choice, covering the bottom and sides.
- Place the pudding mold inside the pressure cooker and pour the pudding mass into the mold.
- Carefully pour water into the pressure cooker, without falling into the mold, for our bain-marie.
- Cover the pudding mold with aluminum foil and pressure cook for 15 minutes.
- Let it cool and carefully remove it from the pressure cooker, then remove it from the mould.
- Now all you have to do is try their amazing sugar-free banana pudding!
