- Mashed Potatoes1.5 cup
- Pumpkin puree0.5 cup
- Cooked Chickpeas0.5 cup
- Diced Bacon2 tablespoon
- Onion cut into brunoise0.5 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- grated carrot to taste
- Chopped Spinach to taste
- Mixed seeds to taste
- Hot water2 cup
- In a pan, fry the bacon well, add the onion and garlic and sauté.
- Add the mashed potatoes and pumpkin and the hot water and mix well.
- Let it cook for about 10 minutes.
- Add the grated carrot and chickpeas and adjust the salt.
- Finally, add the spinach and turn off the heat.
- Serve with seed mix sprinkled on top.
