- Homemade vegetable broth2 l
- Baroa potato5 unit(s)
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Corn1 tablespoon
- In a medium/large pan, melt the butter and add the chopped onion. Saute for about 2 minutes.
- Add the chopped garlic and let it cook for another 4 minutes.
- Put the chopped baroa in medium cubes, sauté a little, then add the vegetable broth (about 1.5l - Save the rest of the broth if you want a more liquid soup). Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let it cook for about 15 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.
- Blend the entire contents of the pan in the blender along with the Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper and add more broth if you want the soup to be more liquid.
