- Pressure cook the beans for 40 mins
- Cook the potatoes until soft
- In the hot pan, fry the pepperoni in cubes
- Fry the bacon in the same pan
- In the fat that releases, sauté the onion and garlic.
- Add the beans, salt, bay leaf, black pepper, green smell and cumin
- Blend the boiled potatoes in a blender with part of the seasoned beans
- Mix the potato with the beaten beans together with the pan of the remaining beans
- To accompany, sauté the cabbage in butter with a pinch of salt until the leaf withers.
