- With the beans already cooked, beat it in the blender until it is well beaten, reserve. Fry the bacon and sausage in a little oil and set aside.
- Chop the tomato, onion, pepper, carrot into cubes and parsley and set aside.
- With the crushed garlic, sauté over low heat and throw the reserved bean broth, add the sausage, bacon, tomato, onion, carrot and peppers. When it starts to boil, add the raw pasta, lower the heat and let it cook, stirring slowly so it doesn't stick to the bottom. When you notice that the pasta is already cooked, add the parsley or chives and turn off the heat. Serve with toast or as you prefer. Enjoy your food!!
