- Cut the charque and small cubes, place in a pan, add water and bring to the fire to scald for 3 minutes.
- Drain the beef jerky, return it to the pan, add the oil and fry, after frying, add the onion, tomato, pepper, garlic, coriander and chopped chives, let them cook.
- Transfer to a pressure cooker, add 4 cups of water, cover the pot and heat for 10 minutes.
- When the charque is cooked, add the potato and carrot in cubes, the cabbage and the chopped cabbage, cover the pan and heat for another 10 minutes.
- While it cooks in the blender add a cup of water and the spoons of beans hit and reserve.
- Also cook the pasta, drain and set aside.
- When the pressure has passed for 10 minutes, turn off the heat, add the cooked noodles and the sliced okra, bring to the boil to cook for another 5 minutes this time without pressure. Turn off the heat and serve.
