- Cooked Black Beans2 cup
- Chopped Onion1/2 cup
- Crushed garlic2 cup
- Diced Bacon1/2 cup
- Pepperoni sausage1 cup
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- lard1 teaspoon
- Heat the pan with the lard and fry the bacon and sausage until golden and set aside. In the same pan, add the garlic and onion and sauté until golden, add the beans already beaten in the blender and let it boil and thicken, correct the seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve in a small bowl put some bacon and sausage on top and the green smell.
