- Minced Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
- Broccoli1 unit(s)
- Chopped Large Potato1 unit(s)

- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Vegetable broth tablet1 unit(s)
- Chopped Bacon to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper Powder to taste
- Heat the pan, add the oil and sauté the onion until translucent and add the garlic, sauté for 1 min.
- Put the broccoli and sauté for 5 min., add the potatoes, water and vegetable broth. Cook until the vegetables are soft. Then with the mixer, beat everything, mix the starch in the 100 ml of water and add it to the broth. Cook over low heat until you reach the desired texture.
- In a skillet, fry the bacon until crispy and place the small sprigs of broccoli, sauté until crispy. Pour into cream and serve!
