- Butter beans100 g
- Finely Chopped Garlic2 unit(s)
- Finely chopped small onion1/2 unit(s)
- Extra virgin olive oil50 ml
- Skimmed milk50 ml
- Parmesan cheese100 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Cook the Manioca butter beans according to package instructions
- Once the beans are cooked, discard the water, add olive oil to the beans and, using a food processor, mix well until a paste is created.
- In a pan over low heat, sauté the garlic and onion in butter until they are golden, add the butter bean paste, the milk and finally the Parmesan cheese, add salt and mix vigorously over low heat to form a purée, turn off the heat. .
- Place the puree in a bowl, finish with a drizzle of olive oil, chives and grated parmesan
- Accompaniment for all meals
