- 100% Natural Knorr Vegetable Broth2 teaspoon
- Small onion1 unit(s)
- Cassava600 g
- Bundle of spinach (leaves). to taste
- Black pepper. to taste
- Boil the water and dissolve the 100% Natural Knorr Vegetable Broth. In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion. When the onion is translucent, add the manioc and saute again.
- Add the broth and let the manioc cook until soft. In a separate pan, boil water and soak the spinach leaves for a few seconds. Remove the leaves and place in ice water to stop the cooking and leave them with a bright and beautiful green.
- Take the broth with the manioc and the blanched spinach to the blender. Beat everything until you get a homogeneous cream and return to the pan. Add the black pepper and serve.
