- medium chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Crushed Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Sausage Gum1 unit(s)
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Vegetable broth sachet2 g
- In a pan add the oil
- Fry the chopped sausage in slices
- withdraw and reserve
- In the same pan, fry the onion and garlic and add the vegetable stock sachet.
- Put the pumpkin in the blender and pour it into the pan with the fried onion and garlic.
- Stir well, add a little water and when you are close to removing it from the heat, add the cabbage.
- Stir well and mix for 3 minutes
