- 1. Cut the moranga into equal pieces (putting it in the microwave helps in peeling), cover with water (no need to put 1 liters, just until covered), add the salt and take it to the fire, until they are soft. 2.While the squash is cooking, prepare your bacon/chicken/soy protein add-on, whatever it is, prepare to taste, adding the chopped onion, tomato, saffron and garlic. 3. Reserve some of the water from the cooking of the strawberry, mash the pieces, it will easily become a paste, and then add the desired protein, and gradually add the cooking water, until it has the texture you want. 4. Serve with parsley to taste. Note: you can toast the seeds in the oven and serve them with the parsley.
