- Diced Calabrian sausage200 g
- Kale200 g
- Onion100 g
- Garlic1 to taste
- Oregano1 to taste
- Diced Bacon150 g
- Cook the potatoes and then blend them in the blender in the cooking water.
- Sauté the onion, garlic and oregano, add the sausage and diced bacon.
- Throw the beaten potato in the sausage and let it boil.
