- Smoked Pork Ribs250 g
- Dry meat500 g
- Pepperoni sausage1 unit(s)
- Large chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves5 unit(s)
- Tomatoes without skin and without seeds, chopped1 unit(s)
- Chives and parsley to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- In a pressure cooker, sauté the onion and garlic.
- Add the chopped tomato, the ribs, the dried meat in cubes already desalted and the hominy.
- Cover with water (about 3 fingers above) and after getting pressure set 20 minutes.
- During this time, fry the pepperoni sausage in cubes.
- After 20 minutes and the pressure comes out of the pan, add the fried sausage, parsley, chives, black pepper and adjust the salt.
