- Place the hominy on a platter, wash it well and let it soak while cutting the other ingredients.
- Cut the onion, tomato, pepperoni and bacon into small cubes and crush the garlic
- Put the pepperoni and bacon in the pressure cooker to fry, fry until golden, add the ground beef and fry well, put the onion, garlic and tomato and leave everything well colored
- Put the hominy and carrot and cover with water with about 3 fingers above, adjust the seasoning and put it under pressure for 10 min.
- Serve with grated cheese!!
