- Pork Chop600 g
- Canjiquinha250 g
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Seasonings1 tablespoon
- Bacon250 g
- Onion to taste
- Water500 ml
- In the pressure cooker, place the onion, seasoning to taste, the juice of half a lemon and the pork ribs until golden.
- Add the bacon and let it cook some more.
- Add the water and the canjiquinha and mix well. Bring to a boil and then cover the pan.
- After getting pressure, count 5 minutes and turn off.
- Caution: let the pressure off by itself. Do not cool the pan.
- After losing pressure, open the pot and check the cooking point.
- If necessary, adjust the seasoning and serve as desired.
