- Carrots4 unit(s)
- Chuchu1 unit(s)
- Sweet Potato1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped small onion1 unit(s)
- Minced garlic to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Fried bacon to finish to taste
- Saute garlic and onion in a pan
- Add the chopped carrots, chayote and sweet potato, cover with water, adjust the salt and let it cook until the vegetables are soft
- Remove and hit the blender, adding the water little by little to help blend
- When it's a cream, go back to the pan and adjust the salt and seasonings.
- Finish with Fried Bacon
