- In a pressure cooker, place the cassava with water and salt to cook. Once cooked, beat the cassava with the cooking water in a blender and set aside;
- Cut all ingredients into small cubes. In a pan, place the bacon and pepperoni to fry, let it brown well. Then add the garlic and onion and finally the tomato. Season this stew with salt and pepper and mix with the beaten cassava. Add a little more water and let this broth boil for the taste of the ingredients to go all over it. Now just serve this delight
