- In a pan, fry the country meat, then add the pepperoni and fry a little more, add the onion and let it wither, then put the tomato, fry just a little and set aside.
- In the blender, beat the already cooked cassava with salt in the water of its own cooking. Pour the beat into the pan sauté and let it boil a little, if necessary add a little more of the water from the cassava cooking, adjust the salt and pepper, add the cilantro and serve hot
