- Cassava1 kg
- Water2 l
- Diced Bacon200 g
- Sliced Pepperoni200 g
- Crushed garlic2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Saffron to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Chopped Onion to taste
- In the pressure cooker, add the bacon and pepperoni and let it fry.
- Then add the onion and garlic. Fry some more and add the saffron.
- Now add the already chopped cassava, water and salt.
- Leave on pressure for 30 minutes. Then open the pan and mash the cassava a little with a potato masher or mixer.
- Now just add the green smell and enjoy.
