- Place the cassava in the pressure cooker and cover with water, let it cook until soft.
- In another pressure cooker, cook the chicken breast with just salt to taste.
- After the cassava is cooked, gradually beat it in the blender, if it gets heavy add a little water.
- With the chicken already cooked, shred it by shaking the pressure cooker.
- In a medium pan, add a thread of oil, onion, garlic, cabbage and sauté, add the chicken, black pepper, saffron and salt to taste.
- With the stuffing ready, add the manioc cream in the same pan, put a glass of water and let it boil.
