- Cabbage600 g
- Cassava1 kg
- Tomato2 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic4 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Green Smell1 to taste
- Seasonings1 to taste
- Cook the cassava with salt until almost falling apart, set aside along with the broth.
- In a pan put the bacon, pepperoni and fry well, don't put oil because the bacon releases a lot of fat, add the onion and garlic and let it fry a little longer, add the tomato and cabbage and add the seasonings to taste.
- In 1 blender, beat the cassava together with the broth and add to the pan, stir well to incorporate everything, finish with the green smell.
- You can serve it with toast, as a campfire, a great recipe for the cold
