- Coriander1 tablespoon
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Bahia seasoning to taste
- Put the cassava in the kitchen for about 30 minutes.
- Grate the pepperoni, cut the bacon into cubes.
- Put everything together in a pan with the other ingredients sauté, set aside.
- Transfer the cooked cassava to the blender with the water from the cooking itself, beating until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil over low heat. After that, turn off the heat and serve.
