- peeled cassava500 g
- chopped bacon100 g
- chopped pepperoni1 unit(s)
- chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic1/2 unit(s)
- green smell to taste1/2 unit(s)
- Place the cassava in the pressure cooker, cover it with water, cover and bring to a boil.
- Leave for 30 after getting pressure.
- After that, turn off the fire and wait until the pressure comes out on its own.
- Remove the cassava from the pan and pour it into the blender, along with the water.
- Beat for about 2 minutes or until it forms a very homogeneous cream. Reserve.
- Heat a pan and fry the bacon until golden.
- Then add the onion and sauté lightly.
- Add the pepperoni and fry until golden.
- Add the manioc cream and stir to mix well.
- Lower the heat and stir occasionally until it starts to boil.
- TIP: Taste, if necessary add a little salt.
- To finish, sprinkle green smell and serve immediately.
