- Shredded Chicken1 cup

- Potatoes3 unit(s)
- Green smell to taste
- Onion and garlic to taste
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chicken stock1 unit(s)
- oil/olive oil/butter or lard3 tablespoon
- Spices to taste
- Heat the chicken in the pressure cooker with the chicken broth, garlic and salt for 20 min, counting after it reaches pressure
- Cook cassava and potatoes with water in the pressure cooker for 20 minutes, the water should cover them
- Remove the chicken, shred and set aside Pass the cassava and potatoes in the blender with the cooking water.
- In a pan, sauté the oil, onion, garlic and your usual seasonings (I used saffron, paprika and Edu guedes) add the shredded chicken.
- Put the potatoes and cassava in a blender with the cooking water and pour it into the pan with the chicken, adjust the salt and let it boil, if it gets too thick, add a little more water.
- Place the eggs, wait a little while for them to cook and stir, finish with the green smell.
