- Cassava800 g
- Jerked beef (dried beef)1 cup
- Pepperoni Sausage1 unit(s)
- Bacon1 cup
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic (clove)3 unit(s)
- Sour cream200 ml
- Parsley and chives to taste
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Cook the manioc with salted water in a pressure cooker for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer to the blender along with some of the cooking water and the cream and blend until smooth.
- Taste for salt and season with black pepper. Reserve.
- In a pan, sauté the bacon until golden. Then enter the sausage and let it brown. Add the garlic and onion and let it brown too.
- Start with the jerked beef and finish with the parsley and chives. Taste and adjust the salt and pepper.
