- Black pepper to taste

- Chimichurri1 teaspoon
- Chives to taste
- Coriander to taste
- Cook the cassava for 25 minutes, set aside. In a pan, fry the bacon and then the pepperoni, sauté the onion together with the garlic, black pepper, chimichurri. Then remove 300 grams of manioc and cut into pieces , the rest blend in a blender with a little water . Throw this cassava liquid into the pan with the ready-made pepperoni base and throw the cassava pieces. Let it settle and add the salt, adjust the seasoning and finish with chives and cilantro.
