- Water200 ml
- Whole milk400 ml
- Chicken Broth Cube1 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste0 to taste
- Box of Sour Cream1 unit(s)
- Cottage cheese3 tablespoon
- Coarse grated pepperoni sausage1 unit(s)
- Olive Oil1 to taste
- Chopped Green Onion1 tablespoon
- In a medium pan, melt the butter, add half of the chopped onion and sauté, after sautéing, add the Mandioquinha and mix, then add the water and milk and mix, then add the chopped chicken broth, stir until it starts to boil. boil, always over medium heat, add salt and pepper to taste, and turn off the heat.
- Add the cream and cream cheese and mix everything until it dissolves, then add it to the blender and beat everything while still hot, until it forms a cream and set aside.
- In a medium pan, add 1 strand of olive oil and the rest of the onion, and pre-fry, add the pepperoni and fry it well, then add the beaten cream and mix everything, always on medium heat, after mixing everything let it boil for 2 min always stirring, turn off the heat and it's ready.
