- Garlic and Onion to taste
- Bacon to taste
- Pepperoni sausage to taste
- Salt to taste
- Parsley and chives to taste
- Cook the cassava for approximately 10 minutes, or until soft.
- Beat the manioc in a blender or mixer with a little of the water you used for cooking.
- In a pan, brown the bacon, pepperoni, add the garlic and onion. let it cool down a bit
- Place the blender mixture in the pan along with the other ingredients. Add salt to taste, stir until you want to bring to a boil.
- Turn off the heat and add the parsley and chives. Okay, good appetite
