- Mandioquinha in cubes700 g

- Garlic1 teaspoon
- Salt and pepper0 to taste
- Water to cook the cassava1 l
- Chopped smoked pepperoni150 g
- Green smell0 to taste
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Heat the oil and sauté the garlic and onion, add the mandioquinha and water, season with a little salt - cover and let it cook until it is very soft (add more water if necessary).
- Transfer to a blender and blend until smooth and set aside.
- Brown the sausage in another pan and add the mandioquinha cream, stir well to get all the smoked flavor of the sausage - finish with green smell and serve warm,
